As a Labour Support Worker (Doula), I’m here to guide and support you through every stage of the birthing process—physically, emotionally, and informationally. My role is to hold space for you and your partner, offer comfort measures, and help you feel informed, empowered, and supported throughout your journey.

I combine evidence-based knowledge with hands-on support, offering comfort techniques such as breathing, positioning, massage therapy, and hydrotherapy to help you navigate labour with confidence.

What’s Included:
- 1–2 prenatal visits (virtual or in-person) to discuss your birth preferences, answer questions, and build a plan that feels right for you
- Labour and birth support—continuous, in-person care throughout your labour
- 1 in-person postpartum follow-up visit to check in, offer support, and help you transition into this new chapter
-As a Registered Massage Therapist, I also offer the unique benefit of incorporating massage therapy into your birth experience to ease tension and promote relaxation.
- Investment starting at $1000 +tax
