I take a full-body, holistic approach to health and wellness, working to address the root of your concerns- physically, emotionally, and energetically. My goal is to help every client feel their best on all levels, not just treat symptoms.

I believe true healing happens when we treat the body, mind, and soul as one. My practice reflects this belief by offering services that:

As a Registered Massage Therapist, I offer treatments that promote relaxation, reduce muscle tension, and support recovery from injury or physical stress. Massage therapy can also help improve circulation, boost immune function, and ease symptoms of anxiety and depression, making it a valuable part of your overall wellness routine.

I also specialize in Fascial Stretch Therapy, a passive, assisted stretching technique that mobilizes the body starting at the joint capsule and working outward. It’s a powerful tool to increase mobility, relieve tension, and improve overall function.

As a Labour Support Worker (Doula)—a guide through the birthing process, there to support you in any way I can as you bring your little one earthside. Bonus? As a registered Massage Therapist, I can incorporate massage techniques to support you through your labour experience.

As an Energy Practitioner, I offer healing sessions that are relaxing, grounding, and revitalizing. While not a replacement for medical treatment, energy work (like Reiki) complements traditional care by supporting relaxation, easing tension, and creating space for emotional, mental, and physical healing.

I also offer 1:1 Lifestyle Coaching, a three-month, personalized program designed to help you reconnect with yourself, reduce anxiety, and build confidence. Through weekly sessions, we explore the mind-body-soul connection using tools like nutrition guidance, movement support, and self-awareness practices—all tailored to help you feel more aligned, empowered, and at ease in your everyday life.
